Greetings from AIESEC in UPM, Malaysia ! I hope this email finds you well. I am Venice, External Relations for the MIRACLE project of the Incoming Global Volunteer department, AIESEC in UPM.
For your information, AIESEC is an International Youth-Led Leadership Development Organization and it is widespread in 126 countries and territories. AIESEC in UPM is one of the local chapters within this huge network. We are hosting a few voluntary projects related to Environment or Education which involve international volunteers from all around the world.
In the face of COVID-19 outbreak, AIESEC’s exchange programme which involves international volunteers has to be put on hold to flatten the curve. Meanwhile, our action is ongoing by innovating our volunteering projects around community needs to stay relevant towards the current Malaysia context.
To ensure our memberships’ safety, our engagement activities are conducted via virtual platforms. We would like to engage with SMK Dato' Ahmad Razali for the purpose as stated below : - To understand the situation in the orphanage including co-curriculum activities - To propose our environmental volunteering projects & collaborate with SMK Dato' Ahmad Razali to initiate the actions towards sustainable environment.
